Installation & Technical Support
With our highly trained and certified professional engineers, we provide installation and technical support for all equipment in our product range. We have more than 20 Engineers fluent in Arabic/English/French enabling us to communicate effectively with our partners and conduct our training in their local or preferred language.
Logistics
Logistics is a key element in any industry. The MEA region presents additional challenges due to the numerous and different regulations and documentation required. Our understanding is all-encompassing as we have daily shipments from all confines of the world to the MEA region by Sea or Air. We handle more than 100 shipments per month of equipment and parts.
